Wedding photography Miami – Royal Palm Island
Wedding Photography Miami Royal Palm Island
The day had arrived for them to express their love to each other in a very new, foreign, and special way. On this day, as you can see, the bride was splendid, the environment was perfect for wedding photography at the Royal Palm Island in South Florida, Miami to be specific. Greisy and Jordan had known each other for some time, and had been waiting for their wedding day for months. Here it was! A perfect day for wedding photography Miami at Royal Palm Island.
Dressed in Blue and white, the colors all blended well with the surroundings and the lighting was perfect, all things that a wedding photographer in Miami would love to experience for a wedding. The families and friends were all present and helped to bring the entire occasion to life and make this a very memorable wedding ceremony and wedding reception.
When any wedding reception ends, the departure of the couple from the party and into their new blissfully happy life, is always something that is special for all involved and very memorable for the couple. For Greisy and Jordan, it was no different. They had an amazing sparkler departure, where guests line up across from each other and they have sparklers making an arch that the couple then departs through.

Tips from a Miami Wedding Photographer
Sparkler departures can be interesting for the wedding photographer. There will be a lot of light with the sparklers and it could be easy to think that because of that and with a moderate ISO that you could get everything just right. But keep this in mind: you have one shot at setting this up perfectly and you don’t want to miss it. With that thought in mind, the tip for this post is this: backlight sparkler departures. When you backlight the sparkler departure from a wedding reception, what you are doing is putting light in the places where the rest of the light won’t hit. If you look at the photo above, you can see that we can see how the light is hitting the bride and the groom and they are effectively lit. Without a backlight, they would have come out dark and difficult to see, missing this precious moment of the wedding day.
All in all this was a wonderful day that will go down in history for this couple and as they look back on their wedding photos in the future, they will surely be happy to remember the love, passion, and emotion of their special day.
